Decentralized Finance
Decentralized Finance (DeFi) offer an open, transparent, and permissionless financial ecosystem accessible to everyone, regardless of their location, background, or financial status. In a DeFi system, financial services such as borrowing, lending, trading, and investing are provided through smart contracts on a blockchain network. These smart contracts are self-executing programs that automatically execute transactions based on pre-defined rules and conditions, without the need for intermediaries such as banks or other financial institutions. DeFi systems are often built on top of existing blockchain networks, such as Ethereum, and are powered by decentralized applications (dApps). These dApps can be accessed through web or mobile interfaces, allowing users to access financial services anywhere in the world.
